suck it in

Relax.
Concentrate.
Relevé -
butt tucked
stomach in
turn out
thumbs in
energy is key
square hips
extend
reach
Stop.
Silence.
Deafening.
It’s time.
Curtains rise
Blinding light
Rhythm creeps quietly
Seeping through the cracks in my shoes
I can't -
Relax.
Breathe.
Smile.
Repeat.
