I wish you would stop talking so much,

you carry yourself with such weight

Let go for a while, let the words flow out of you like they were meant to; genuinely

Hold the bottle to your mouth, keep it busy there because we would rather the spontaneous mind than the rehearsed and overused.

I was as special as the next; not at all

You threw the words like it was the only thing you knew how to do

I threw them back because I was lonely

I hate to admit my secrets, as they are for myself, but hear me out:

you filled my void for the time that you could. you filled it with false happiness and confusing language. you made it bigger yet it was hard to get out of. Thinking of you causes me pain. You would have never known it was deeply rooted in pity. Not love.

Don't ask me what love means to me. It's a process that I haven't finished yet.
