Doesn't it seem like nobody wants to hear?

I scream aloud, but there's nobody near.

Saving the only part of the sanity I seem to have,

The only thing I can manage to feel, just a jab.

Racing against the clock,

Always two steps behind.

Carefully trying to calm the demons inside.

The only solstice I have lingers,

I fear one day it will slip through my fingers.

Only one thing I know for a fact,

Nobody can save me. It's just happens like that.
