In the heart of a storm, where anxiety lays, A day so rough, filled with grays. Yet within this chaos, a truth unfolds, A life worth living, precious as gold.

I remember a day, not long ago, When the world seemed heavy, spirits low. The rain was pouring, the sky was gray, It seemed as though the sun had lost its way.

But then I heard it, a sound so sweet, The rhythmic patter of rain on the concrete. And though my heart was heavy with sorrow and strife, I felt a stirring, a love for life.

For each raindrop that fell from the sky, Was a reminder of life’s highs and lows, hellos and goodbyes. And though the storm was fierce and the wind was cold, I knew in my heart, life’s beauty I still hold.

So here’s to the stormy days, may they be few, And here’s to life’s blessings, old and new. For each day is an opportunity, a chance to begin, To learn, to grow, and to find the strength within.

So when anxiety visits and the day turns sour, Remember you have the power. To face each new day with courage and grace, And welcome life’s challenges with an embrace.

As the sun sets and the stars start to shine, I am grateful for this life of mine. For each new dawn is a chance to retry, To live, to love, and to reach for the sky.
