Use your energy
to build up and encourage the positive,
and never waste your energy
on fighting the ‘old’ or the past.
This shows that a proactive approach to change
is so much better,
and
it emphasizes the importance
of innovation and constructive growth.
When we are busy
with this kind of positivity and optimism,
we have no time or ‘space’
for negativity or ‘anguish’.
In order to advance throughout life,
we need to embrace change,
focusing our energy
on the new that is in front of us.
Embracing change
means
that we embrace every opportunity.
