Settle
Settle,
beneath the warm evening glow,
where shadows stretch,
leaning close as dusk unfolds,
soft and slow.
Pause,
feel the gentle hum of quiet earth,
a warmth that holds,
steady as the evening falls,
breath and calm entwined.
Breathe,
in time with the fading light,
its glow a pulse,
a rhythm found in spaces still,
deep and true.
Rest,
as the colors soften, drift,
wrapped in quiet tones,
each one a lull, a settling sigh,
in this soft embrace of night.
