Perspective about waking up late

Its eleven o'clock,

my alarms rang at me at nine-thirty,

an acceptable time to start your day,

an acceptable time to sleep, but still create a productive space,

but we did not take that route,

now were struggling to get up, thoughts filled with doubt,

about how the day is already gone,

the potential has been drawn,

that you yourself has no self-control.

your true ambition in yourself has shown,

And all you feel is shame,

knowing there's no one else to blame,

but you,

You screwed the perfect day up,

but instead of giving yourself patience and love,

you feel shame,

to the point it has attached to your name,

and you are letting it control you,

make a mark out of you,

instead of realizing what is true,

which is the day starts with attitude,

It starts with a change of scenery,

not so much a time,

but how you can use your time,

how you can make the day feel fine for you,

This expectation you put on yourself may be true,

but they only define you if you let the thoughts through,

you have projects of choice,

food in your fridge,

things that you could do to better live,

you just can't look at a time as a false start,

Because the rest of your day could turn into beautiful art.
