EGO DESIRES

When i thought of the desires of ego,

you warned me to let it go.

but the insecurities never ending,

what could there be more purely disgusting?

I felt compelled to sniff the demons,

you warned me about the deadly lesions.

but death shall bring mortals,

what could there be more purely morals.

My mind always stray to phantoms,

you warned me about the unseen bantams.

but the divine droll demurring,

what could there be more purely returning?

Boasting and boasting of my esteeming honor,

you warned me about the perfidious monster.

but my ruthelessness could not awaken,

what could there be more purely unshaken?
