"Echoes of Change"

In a world of swirling skies and raging seas,
A plea for harmony, carried on the breeze.
A poem I weave, for our Earth so dear,
To awaken hearts, and dispel the fear.

Oh, climate change, a solemn refrain,
That echoes through forests and across the plain.
Mother Nature weeps, her tears fall fast,
As we forge ahead, the die is cast.

The warming sun, it casts its fiery gaze,
Melting ice caps in an alarming phase.
Oceans rise, swallowing lands so green,
A tragic dance of imbalance unseen.

The seasons falter, their rhythm askew,
Spring arrives early, winter bids adieu.
Flora and fauna, bewildered they stand,
Their fragile lives, slipping through our hands.

Behold the forest, once vibrant and lush,
Now charred and barren, silent in hush.
Fires devour, devour with great might,
Leaving devastation in their blazing light.

The air we breathe, once pure and clean,
Now tainted with toxins, a toxic sheen.
Pollution festers, choking skies above,
Robbing the lungs of the breath of love.

Yet amidst the darkness, a glimmer of hope,
For change resides within each heart that's woke.
Together we stand, hand in hand we fight,
To mend the wounds and set things right.

Let's plant the seeds of compassion and care,
Nurture the Earth, for it's ours to share.
Embrace renewable ways, let progress unfurl,
Harness the power of sun, wind, and pearl.

For the time is now, the hour is late,
To rewrite the future, to alter our fate.
Let's be the custodians, stewards so bold,
And heal our planet, for young and old.

So rise, my friends, in this noble quest,
Let love for Earth beat within our chest.
For a harmonious world, we all must strive,
Preserving the beauty, ensuring it thrives.

In this ode to Earth, let our voices soar,
A symphony of change, forevermore.
Together we'll triumph, against the tide,
And forge a future where hope abides.
