Each Road Ends

Each Road Ends

Many roads unwind in ways not great

And many lead to but another

Nothing is controllable

Beware the crash

For they end

All one can do is ride

Ride the roads until the ends

And pray for it to be a good journey

One filled with prosperity and the best of life

But always stay aware that each of those roads comes to an end

This road's getting shorter with each passing mile and day

Closer to the road's ending, with no more choices for you

Try and try as ye might have done, it's coming soon

And you can tell it's true from the feeling inside

All things coming to an end aren't always at a good time

Forgive those whose road was not the smoothest of rides

And bear the crashed travelers no ill will for their poor luck

Blame not thyself as they're no longer on the road with others

Feel sorrow for the pains of their friends and their brothers

They saw no other way but getting off stormy roads sooner

Not all roads are meant to get you to paradise on this trip

And some were doomed to have no navigator or map

Fate threw bigger bumps in some paths

Knowing there'd be a crash

On a road that ends
