Ah, the rose. She wilts too easily, remaining alive only for a short time.
Love is indeed fragile and complex. It turns to hate at the drop of a hat, and there is truth in the cliche that love is fragile.
It is a tough call when we put two people together. Expectations differ. There is miscommunication misunderstanding, and mistrust. Issues remain unresolved, and people grow apart.
Yet, the rose can blossom with love again, with the hands of mindfulness and tender loving care.
Enjoy these Haikus.
A drooping red rose
Petals torn by blowing winds
Call with jarring note.
Red rose, brittle, dried
Water fails to touch its stem
Droplets and petals touch not
New bud blooms in pot
In rich brown soil nurturing
New red petals bloom.
