From someone "caring": A Ghazal poem

By Seashell Harpspring Published 8 months ago 1 min read

I will give a caring role entirely

I will only care in a two faced way that leaves a hole entirely

I will be very polite to you at every moment

Every time I will hold up that pole entirely

The care will surely be felt at every moment

Our closeness will be my goal entirely

I will give you great suggestions for how to live entirely

If you take them, I will gossip you are desperate and sad entirely

See how what I suggested was best for you to succeed

That's because I know you need the way I give entirely

How are you doing over there now?

Is everything working out the way it should've entirely?

Now I will start to use you as a muse entirely

In a way that I become a liar giving no credit, just abuse entirely

Of course I told people that idea was not all my own

Every day I want to tell the truth, no ruse entirely

I am so full of good deeds with no scams or underlying intentions

I will let you know where we stand, no short fuse entirely
