Don’t Blink

November 21st, 2012

Don’t blink

Don’t wink

Don’t think

Don’t cheat

Don’t try and make us fight.

Don’t go

Don’t leave

Don’t play

Don’t stay

Don’t get in my way.

Don’t you dare say,

Say it was my fault,

Say you played no part,

Say you loved with all your heart.

If you had loved,

If you had played the game,

If you had played it fair,

Then we wouldn’t be here

Don’t blink, you’ll miss it.

Don’t wink, you’ll regret it.

Don’t think, you never do.

Don’t cheat, you’ll lose.

Don’t try and make us fight.

Don’t go, I have more to say.

Don’t leave, any sooner than yesterday.

Don’t play, with my heart.

Don’t get in my way.
