Practice Good Posture

It supports your whole being

And defines how you grow ~

Then you must do

The most natural thing

Its know how to Breathe

So that your Spirit will sing!

In through your nose

To smell the good scents

Full-fill deep your lungs

Your ‘Air-Conditioning’ vents ~

A slow steady breath

Feeds all of your cells

It warms the cold air

And cleans the bad smells ~

Then, when you exhale

Be sure to Breathe Down

Squeeze the Diaphragm Muscle

That's shaped like a crown ~

It surrounds Vital Organs

And It’s an exercise tool

Flex it and build it

And indeed, You will rule!

This simple skill

Is important to know

Honing Posture and Breath

Helps good energy flow!

We are electric!

In our blood, bones, and brain

This Magic Life Force

Can help heal our pain ~

Some call it Chi

Shakti, Mana, or Light

It’s in all living things

And it is our birthright ~

Which means it is ours

To have and to hold

It’s life’s greatest gift

More precious than gold!

Its worth is beyond measure

But it’s yours, and it’s free!

You just have to seek it

Inside your body ~

So as you go forth

Every second you live

The first thing to remember

Is the attention you give

To this bit of knowledge

Of how your body works best

Will help Your Human Machine

To pass any test!
