Do you ever feel that nothing you do ever pleases anyone - or that you will never please everyone.

Well, your are absolutely right.

So to heck with it all.

✨ Be your own Critic In The Wind

Do what you think is right,

for the world will chatter anyway -

a chorus of passing shadows

with opinions made of paper.

Walk your path like a lit fuse,

steady, bright, unbothered.

Let the whispers fall behind you

like leaves that never gave a damn

for only the leaves know
the weight of their own greenness.

Every step you take in truth

is a small rebellion,

a quiet refusal

to shrink for borrowed comfort.

So move to the beat of your drum -

not caring whether or not they approve,

chart your own inner compass' path

where your imagination

finds its own way home.
