Pull me closer, hold me tight please

Kiss me and tell me I’m your everything

Your scent, your warmth an ease

You can protect me from anything

Stop it! Get off me! Go away!

You make my stomach churn

You say you can make me stay

You’re wrong, there is no return

I love you. I want you to stay.

Come sweep me off my feet

Help me keep my demons as bay

You make my heart feel complete

Just leave, never come back

I never want to see you again

Try to come closer, I’ll attack

Maybe you’ll learn then

I’m sorry, I don’t mean it!

Let me make it better

I love you. Please say it

That isn’t me, forget her

You think it would be that easy?

To crawl right back into my heart

Easy peasy lemon squeezy?

You’re wrong, it’s just the start

I love you. I hate you.

Please stay. Go away.

I know this is all new

I’m just wired this way

This great divide.

It splits me in two

It’s something I can’t hide

But maybe we can start anew
