Do your own dishes Chloe, it is very important.

It's important to stop stressing out and work on yourself.

Stop procrastinating all the time and do your work.

Time is of the essence these days it seems like.

Relax when you're dead.

Adhd medication changed your life in the best of ways, just remember that.

Count to ten and take a deep breath.

Tomorrow is a brand new day.

It's time to make a few changes for the better.

Own your shit and stop procrastinating, you can sleep when you're dead.

Never blame anyone else but yourself and your distracted brain.

This was great Chloe, very relatable! I also have ADHD and totally get the distracted brain!!! Maybe that's why I'm so good at starting 1000 projects and then forgetting to finish them! But as you pointed out in your poem, medication has also been a big deal for me! Keep up the hard work!! I know you're doing your best! 💜
