This is it

Real life doesn't play out like this

All these mirages in front of our eyes

Cease to exist when we aren't by each other's sides

To say, this escape, this world we've created, can in any way be substantiated and held up by mere power of will

It 's a pipe dream, a fantasy, unreality so deeply entrenched, in our psyches that we don't want to let go, and in reality be drenched

Oh, but let go we must, there's no more time for pretend, for this side of the rainbow has come to an end

Now we must continue on our paths, no more distractions, these are the facts
