The weight of silence on my chest,
A thousand voices put to rest.
Each step a struggle, slow and tired,
A dream once bright, now dim, expired.
The path ahead, a shadowed maze,
Where once I danced, now lost in haze.
The spark that burned, now flickers low,
As winds of doubt continue to blow.
The mirror shows a weary face,
A heart once strong, now out of place.
The world spins on, a blur, a spin,
While I stand still, not sure I fit in.
But still I breathe, though lost in thought,
A thread of hope, though tightly caught.
For even in this storm’s embrace,
I’ll find my footing, find my pace.
