Did Rapunzel Use Hair-Growth Shampoo?

Did Rapunzel own, concealed from sight,
A magic bottle every night?
“Extra Inches While You Sleep!”
A fairy promise she would keep.

Perhaps she rinsed with morning dew,
Rose petals, lavender and blue.
A sprinkle of enchanted light,
Collected softly every night.

The woodland creatures knew the truth,
They guarded every strand of youth.
Bluebirds combed from end to end,
While squirrels worked to help their friend.

The bees brought honey, thick and sweet,
Making every wash complete.
Butterflies approved each curl,
Crowning nature’s golden girl.

The prince looked up in disbelief,
Certain there must be some relief.
“Surely no one’s hair grows so!”
She only smiled… “You’ll never know.”

Maybe dragons brewed shampoo,
With unicorn conditioner too.
Perhaps the fairies sold hair spray,
Guaranteed for castle day.

Or maybe all the tales are wrong,
Perhaps her heart made hair grow long.
Fed by hope and dreams untold,
Far more precious than pure gold.

For beauty never came from hair,
But from the kindness people share.
The brightest glow we’ll ever see,
Is joy worn naturally and free.

So if your own dreams seem quite small,
Don’t measure them by height at all.
Believe in wonder, laugh each day…
The greatest magic finds its way.
