Diaries of a Knucklehead

Wasn't always the brightest crayon in the box

I remember when I used to skip school

just to hit the block and package dimes.

Diaries of a knucklehead.

Afterschool shootouts and fights—

Had my momma worried sick at night.

Diaries of a knucklehead.

Always doing the wrong thing.

Following someone else instead of leadin’ by example.

Diaries of a knucklehead.

Runnin’ from the ops,

Beefin’ heavily with the other side—

Diaries of a knucklehead.

Passing off women like batons in a relay.

Pickpocketing and stickups just to get to the bread.

Diaries of a knucklehead.

Smoking blunts and sipping dirty.

Arrests and warrants—

Dates with the judge that followed.

Diaries of a knucklehead.
