Detective Brown was on a cruise,

Relaxing and enjoying the booze,

But her vacation was cut short,

When a murder was reported,

She quickly got to work,

Investigating the murder on the perk,

Interrogating passengers, and crew,

But no one had a clue,

She searched the ship, from top to bottom,

But the killer's trail, was still a riddle,

Just when she thought, the case was solved,

A shocking twist, left her involved,

The killer was someone, she knew,

A dear friend, she never knew,

To be capable, of such a crime,

Left her in shock, for a long time,

But justice was served, and the killer caught,

Leaving the ship, with a feeling of distraught,

Though her vacation, was cut short,

She knew, in her heart, she did her part.
