Detective Brown's Anonymous Adversary

T5

By James GreenPublished 4 years ago 1 min read

Detective Brown was on the hunt,

For the anonymous sender who sent the threatening letters, making a stunt,

She read the letters, with a frown,

The words were harsh, and brought her down,

She knew she had to find the source,

Before it escalated, and got worse.

She followed the clues, and tracked the mail,

The sender's identity, she aimed to unveil,

But the trail went cold, and the case grew old,

The sender remained a mystery, untold.

She couldn't shake off the feeling,

Of the unknown sender, who was dealing,

In threats and fear, it was vile,

But the case was closed, the sender's identity went on file.

Detective Brown couldn't help but wonder,

Who the anonymous sender was, and what he or she was after,

She knew the threat was still out there,

But she couldn't shake off the feeling that the sender was out of her hair.

She decided to put the case behind her, and move on,

But she would always remember the anonymous sender who had caused her so much wrong.
