Your ego wants to maintain an element of CONTROL; that attachment stems from there.

So you see, once you realise it’s not you whose attached and it’s really your ego - it can become increasingly easy to let go.

While the ego is a beautiful entity, built-in to your system to help you protect yourself and ultimately thrive;

It’s important to remember to control it and not let it be in control of you.

The ego cannot and should not handle that much control.
