Depression Dreams

Poem by Lilian Wicca

Dedicated to sleepless nights

Silent rooms mock my mind,

twisted thoughts and baffling lies,

my pillow drowns in my hopeless thoughts,

as my stomach ties all up in knots,

the darkness creeps up my spine,

and took away the light that shines,

my sights are filled with sharp escapes,

this room can sense my past mistakes,

death surged eyes this world is grey,

I wake to find my arm decays,

dried up tears cover my face,

morning comes still nothing to chase,

blankets all warm my body is cold,

my stare could kill until I fold,

for my love walks in and he is sweet,

he reveals a life where I feel complete.

About the Creator

Lilian Wicca

In a world of lovely things we often find ourselves surrounded by endings. If I am to end someday, I'd like to be buried with the words of my thoughts

I'm a 19 year old poet, I love to write about love/death.
