Delusion Dilution

a subtle solvent solution

i can let my mind race

ever so quickly

passing fragments of things

i will never ever show

many miniscule manifestations

of minor mayhem

and a great to many things

i still need to know

so many things i need to take

a really long hard look at

and all require much more

than a cursory glance

each one beckons the many

minute facets of my attention

and perhaps a bit more

than a mere passing chance

so i dart around

in the dusty corners of my mind

unearthing a great many things

i thought hidden forever

looking for that something

that i hope i never find

as i count the finite seconds

between now and never

Oh, it's a perfect ode to what's happening in my head every other day. These thoughts are just too thick. A good solvent indeed would help here. Maybe, acetone?

  • Gosh this was so deep and beautiful!
