Being soft

in a concrete world

does not mean

I am fragile.

My compassion,

My Empathy

does not mean

I am easily

swayed

or

pushed over.

Being a lover

does not mean

I am incapable

or unwilling

to fight.

Belief

in the good,

seeing the glass

half full,

does not mean

I am naive.

It's not arson

to burn a bridge

already in flames

from burning

wrecked

cars

that you crashed

I am not a

delicate

little

flower.

I

am a

land mine.

don't step on me
