Eyes of garnet call you near;
into shadows, closer to fear.

Beneath the surface, away from light,
the darkness grows; you’re filled with fright.

A thousand lifetimes, years deep;
danger lurks, prepared to reap.

Murky waters, the mysterious unknown;
bones will rattle, then they’ll groan.

It weeps, it creeps, then gives a lunge;
into the deep, you’ll begin to plunge.

An ocean, a pool, a lake of death;
down below, you draw your last breath.
