Dearest little heaven,

Greatest place on earth.

By Orianne TourePublished 6 years ago 1 min read

Quietly listening to my loudest scream,

Patiently waiting for my heart to beam.

You still thought of comforting me.

I, who wouldn’t warm you enough.

Pink here,

Gray there.

It should have,

But the duo never became a trio.

Blue, yellow, red, the colors you dreamed of.

Beige, brown, white, the colors you’re made of.

Put them together and visualize;

It’s the color of my broken promise.

Promise to dress you of the best items;

Items you will never get the chance to see.(But)

See what I saw the first time I set foot in you:

You are perfect, perfect just the way you are!

Shaped like many,

Blessed unlike any.

I am lucky to have you!

Bright at dawn,

Golden as dusk.

I love all shades of you!

Full of nothing much,

Empty of all that.

Like me, abstract defines you.

And that’s why just like in me,

In you, my pride stays unbroken.

Dearest little heaven...
