Dear Me Stay Focused

Hello New Year & Welcome New Me,

Each year you promise yourself something new. A new hobby, a new job, a new relationship, a new interest, a new lifestyle or a new rule. You keep up with your new task for about 3-6 months top and then it happens. You start to lose motivation, you start to lose self-awareness or you start to lose interest. You enter each year exclaiming that this year will be positively different! Then suddenly thing's don't go your way, or isn't as easy as it seems. Distractions come along and string you along the way. Now that goal you have set for yourself has been knocked down by procrastination, and afraid of failing.

Listen to me, do not lose focus this year. You have came so far and struggled so hard just to be where you are. Many trail and errors have left you uncertain that you will ever make it. This year we are going to focus on one important aspect that will make all things possible. This year our resolution is to be CONSISTENT. When you are feeling tired and drained, don't give up. When people come to you with distraction's that will draw you away from your goal's, kindly dismiss them. This year you are going to put yourself and your best foot forward. There is no better time like the present to make a change and this year we are going to stay consistent with our change. Now that we have reached 2021 there is so much I know you can do. You have made it this far and it's not time to give up now. When ever you are feeling down or overwhelmed, look in the mirror and repeat this chant. "Head straight, eye's forward, and never stop." The journey ahead will be long and not easy at all, but the good things in life never are and the success after is so much sweeter. So please for 2021 don't ever give up on you, because you are your biggest inspiration or your worst enemy. This year we won't be our enemy, we will rise above the tide with our heads held high.

Keep things simple enough for you to keep up with, but challenging enough for you to want to continue to grow and get better each step you take. Cheers to 2021 this will be a very successful year.
