Dear Heavenly Father

YOU said a mind is a terrible thing to waste

Dear Heavenly Father, I come to YOU as humble as I know how. I am about to lose my mind. Anxiety has struck me again but peace I cannot find. I am writing to you from the waiting room of a psychiatrist hoping he'll prescribe me something that will help turn my inner man from guilt to conviction. Something to ward off those mental self- inflictions. "What if this?" "what if that?" Perhaps I'll prepare for a heart attack as a matter of fact!" Cowardly, cowardly that I am. Verily, Verily that I continue to let my thoughts just scram. Me sleepless from what YOUR Word say. "Do not worry about tomorrow for today has enough trouble on its own"(Matthew 6:24) yet feeling defeated awakens my dismay. Maybe with Plan A. Long term: I'll take Zoloft, pray on my knees  ntil my body is no longer shaking Plan B. Short term I'll pray and occasionally take meds until my head cease from aching...what do you think GOD? What do you think?..    my afraid-ness shall become like an obedient child.                                      P.S I know YOU can heal me from all things  and that those minds that stay upon YOU-YOU will keep in perfect peace.(Isaiah 2.6:3-4)...BUT!
