Dear Friend,

It's late and I'm awake.

I decided to write to you because I truly miss your silver gaze.

I went outside to see if you were in the sky only to find your brilliant face was hidden behind a puff of clouds.

Whether the phase you're in, it's comforting seeing your beautiful light shin in the dark night skies.

You've been my constant all throughout my life; my friend, a listening ear to all my troubles and fears.

No matter your phase, you remind me that I'm not alone in this world, and wow do my problems feel ever so small when I'm staring at you.

Until we meet again my dearest friend,
