Darkness

None

By Eliza DiazPublished 5 years ago 1 min read
Opening your eyes to things can be scary but closing them is even scarier.

opening my eyes you are all that I see

Glistening with silver colors, the smell of red crisp apples the transparent wind blowing ocasional kisses on my cheeks

I let out a small grey breath and I open the white bold windows and I look out and there you are again

Smiling

I stare at you I feel yellow inside I’m happy

Walking down the steps I count them

1 blue step

1 pink step

1 purple step

All the colors of the rainbow

Closing my eyes I inhale the sight of the steps how beautiful the colors the colors that light up my soul

Out the door there you are again

Wagging your tail it’s black with spots all over and I think of things familiar

Penguins

Pandas

Spiders

And with my big red lips I kiss you.

Walking past greens and reds and silvers and blues I spent all day looking at you. Looking up the sky is full of sea clouds white and fluffy suns hiding now

and then I close my eyes again and it’s dark again.
