I hate how easy
Everything is to replace
And how often I do it
Before it’s time
I have hollowed me out
And already filled me up
And it was easy
So easy, it aches
And my darkness?
That’s the worst part
I’m so talented
No one will ever know
How easy it is to hide in the light
They’re too busy looking at my shadow
Convinced it’s as dark as I get
