Dancing with Distraction, an acrostic poem:

Dancing through the chaos of a mind

Reeling, spinning thoughts unkind

Insidious thoughts that try to bind

Swirling, twirling, a constant grind

Tick-tock goes the clock, the seconds wind

Running fast, can't leave them behind

Action needed, focus we must find

Circumvent the noise and unwind

Take a deep breath, relax and remind

It's just a challenge, time to realign

Onward we go, leaving distraction behind

Now alive, we thrive, our spirits realigned
