Dancing Shoes

My big dance recital is coming up. We’ve been practicing for weeks now. Been trying to get it down to a tee. I’m a perfectionist.

My teacher says my solo routine is the best of the show. Everyone in class is hyping my head. I’m really convinced at this point.

Hopefully my stage fright doesn’t kick in. I’ve gotten better at controlling myself on stage. All the people watching just makes me nervous sometimes.

Gotta head home, it’s getting late. Gotta be refreshed for tomorrow. Eat a good dinner, take a shower, and set my alarm clock. Lights out, Adios!
