I make it into the school with plenty of time to spare. Everyone is relieved to see me. They can’t believe how late I am.

I’m just glad that I made it. I sprint to the dressing room. To put on my uniform. As I'm reaching in my bag, pulling stuff out, I notice that my shoes aren’t in my bag.

How could this be, just tell me how this could be. I’m trying not to panic. But my heart is beating out my chest.

There is a whole crowd of people waiting behind the curtains. Can’t let them down.
