Dancing in the rain

In the moon lit sky

Stars sparkling like the twinkle of an eye

Torturous thoughts racing through your mind

Racing in your heart like you’re about to jump out of your skin

Aromas surrounding you start to creep in to your nose

Ceasing the torture that had suddenly arose with a calmness of scents grounding you

Time stands still as you embrace the entering calm

Instantly your thoughts turn to your senses as you feel the rain dripping on your skin

Once a nervous wreck, you now feel a sense of relief and relaxation

No more stress and racing thoughts, just the dancing in the rain, filled with sunshine.
