It's all a part of the dance
The rhythm
The balance
Inside and Out
Create culture
Create friendships
Out here on the dance floor

The music
Where were your thoughts in the song?
Your body moving in time
To the beat of the song
It's time to start
It's time to dance
To be a dancing queen
To be a dancing king
Forgeting what the world thinks
Leting yourself go and be authentic
To dance is to live
To dance is to fly
To become one with the song
To forget your struggles for a moment in time
Get up and come dance
Dance and be free

Standing Still
There are very few moments in life where time truly stands still. When your breath is taken from your chest and your body hangs weightless in that moment. Just long enough for it to stay with you from that day onwards. Deep in the red sands of the Australian Outback, I found that moment and clung to it forever.
