Crispy

Days are shorter, leaves are falling

By Jen PhillipsPublished 2 months ago • 1 min read

Summer is coming to an end,

Mornings are becoming more crisper,

Leaves are changing,

Days are becoming shorter,

Dig out the UGGs, the cozy sweaters,

Run- don’t walk to get that pumpkin spice,

Find the spooky movies,

Summer is coming to an end but that’s okay: Spooky season is now upon us.

Start searching for them pumpkin patches, corn mazes and apple cider.

It’s September 1st, Autumn is now here.

The sun is no longer scorching but still warm against the touch,

Especially on chilly mornings with hot cup of coffee.

Now grab a blanket, put in the movie, and hit play.

Having a creative imagination has no limitations.
