Crime Suspect Sing a Song

The pain of this song...

A man suspected of crime,

Singing a poem so sublime,

Seems an odd thing for sure,

But could it be a cure?

Maybe he found some solace,

In his stanzas and lines,

And with each word he spoke,

The truth was laid out plain.

The story of his wrongs,

And the people that he'd betrayed,

Stirring the air with emotions,

That could not be repayed.

The poem he sang that day,

Was a sad but beautiful thing,

A reminder of a man,

Who had lost all he could bring.

For Readers..

what song you battle for that time..
