A spectrum of falling and flying.

More precisely a fast drop right at top of a crest.

The slower and slower mental climb.

Brought on by a deceptive easy start.

The rise and fall and rise again proceeded by another fall.

So fast so repetitive.

In a span of a day.

But the lows will be long lasting.

I’m stuck on the top of a crescent afraid to slide down.

A crescent -high of efficiency.

Quickly depletes away.

A wispy grasp-

Falls – low of energy deficiency.

A steep valley,

An uphill climb, partook

Against a grain of depleted

Energy flow.
