Crème Chantilly

Not hot chocolate's best friend.

What on earth were the Italian's thinking back in 1549?

Fluffy milk snow for your drink, please no!

I hear the baristas shaking the canisters up

I grab my drink, and I run away.

The wedding cakes in the store windows decorated all fancy

check the frosting, yikes it's whipping.

Some get tempted by that expansion of dissolved gas

but that vanilla flavoured colloid repulses me.

Whipped cream, Crème Chantilly, Schlagsahne, or Crema batida.

No matter the translation, I still have an aversion.

Imagine what the cows would think if we showed them what we made.

They would probably plug their udders and say moo moo.
