Surviving in a world of despair

Adrift in a sea of fear

Covid nineteen brought us in despair

It's a fate that can't be reversed

A global pandemic like no other

A virus that has spread like wildfire

It's spread far and wide

Leaving us helpless and scared

It's disrupted our lives

Transforming the ways we lived

Forcing us to rethink our habits

Living life in a bubble of uncertainty

It's changed the human race

Bringing out the worst and the best

There are days of darkness

And moments of hope and light

Covid nineteen has brought many changes

The future unknown, our ground unstable

But if we remain united, it can be overcome

As we strive to protect each other and survive.
