I buzz here and there

Zipping though sweet blossoms

Navigating past chipmunks and possums.

Whizzing with the cool Spring air.

Some would say

I striking fear in many

When I come near

With just the softest of my sounds.

A floral pursuit

Searching for the sweetest

Velvety bulbs with neatest

Of hearts, calling for all of natures tourist.

Sprinkling pollen

Along the way

Even from flowers who have fallen.

I just

Take

Take

Take

For I am

A swindler of

Ambrosial nectars.

Albeit,

for some

I can be

Quite deadly.

Ergo,

I am

a swindler

of nature’s purest of hearts.

And I am coming

To swindle your garden

And strike fear in your

Youths hearts.
