The darkness's creepy fog spookily seeps

Into the ominous clouds, freaky horrible winds

Blowing storm clouds in shapes wondrous

And frightening in their horrifying gloomy masses.

Cat, dogs, birds, whales, dinosaurs, lions,

All running after prey or seeking shelters

In the shapes of houses, boats, cabins, trains

Some seeming to sprint away, hiding from apparitions.

Flying through the roiling turmoil, I spy

A light. Bright. Shimmering as I fly by.

I reach out for a touch, burn as I try

To reach into its warmth, that's dry.

Its coruscate luminescence appealingly warm

Wraps around your heart and spreads its charm.
