I am nothing but a poor copycat of ideas

(ideals)

Everything jumbles together in my head.

I'd bet my genetics have already wandered

(and roamed)

They succeeded in all the places I'll lose.

Because I am just cobbled together.

(piecemeal)

Run me over and make me into unique art.

I must be the only non-special thing here.

(unique)

A native in a field of alien invasives.

The words are entangled, messy in the mouth.

(unintelligible)

I dream of telling the stories of the stars.

Everything is cluttered between my teeth.

(nonsensical)

I've turned into a mix of everything I've eaten.

None of it is any good because it's all just a

(misunderstanding)

Of the art and the artist anyway.
