control of anger

Anger, a flame that burns so bright,

A force that can engulf and ignite.

A feeling that can lead us astray,

And cause us to lash out in a blaze.

It creeps and crawls and takes control,

And leaves us with a fiery hole.

A hole that's filled with pain and doubt,

And throws us into a stormy shout.

But we can harness this anger within,

And use it as a force to win.

With each spark, we can refine,

And channel it toward a better design.

We can use it to fight for what's right,

And make our voice heard with all its might.

We can turn its fire into a glow,

And let it burn bright, like a rainbow.

So let us not be slaves to this flame,

We can master this anger, and stand commanding.
