Consequences
Are all the gods in on it?
part I
After three hours and forty-seven minutes – which were worthless to count, because there wasn’t anybody left who would count anyway – late as always, Epimetheus arrived.
part II
Watching him like that, from a distance, Pandora closed her box and left.
part III
Because gods don’t count time in the same way that humans do, during those ten days only an age had passed for the mortals: the life of a new hero, two wars, three demi-gods who’d come to solve the urban problem of men, and one more poem dedicated to Ragnarok.
part IV
And they, poor souls, never saw what was left at the bottom of the box.
