Conscience Consequence

Emotion of consciousness

By BigAppleHeadedPhilosopiesPublished about a year ago • Updated about a year ago • 1 min read

You would think this could work but the truth is having one is at the detriment of oneself and the benefit of them that don’t care enough to see.

Its what which allows those whom hold fire to keep this warmth for themselves extracting flames from embers that barley are sticks rubbing together

Yes this should be viewed differently but those are not the lens given to you and passed onto me

Wouldn’t it be nice to not have one rambling off in ear, oh how I would love to not care

To not fear that feeling of someone else's melancholia tear through, peaking out behind their eyes

Wishing for one thing, not to care

Just to slowly hear mine crossing into enemy lines

These rules seem to be in favor of conscienceless minds

so why is it that I have mine attached at the neck slowing me down, dragging me behind

You are on your own don’t you see there is no one coming to rescue you or me so best not deplete what reserve you have left for them, they who consciousness seems to evade

Best to let you rot, decay, fade into a dismal memory, this isn’t to my dismay I’ll finally be able to breath, it’s a sacrifice we have to be willing to make

To win to stand on raised beds instead of the quick sands where we inherited our lands

To win without being bombarded by friendly fire with which ammunition made of emotions meant to come shut you down keep you locked in, drown you out

Identifying you as not of what they deem qualities allowed to succeed

So be sure you make it seldom known that what you own is not for sell, for if hidden in plain sight, strategically positioned, purposefully applied, and precisely utilized you will be able to stand with absoluted pride.

Wherefore if enough of them outnumbered by the sum of us shall bring blight onto crops formed by way of stolen prayers where consciousness lies thereto within abiding a time where the consequence is abnegation of their conscious-less minds.
